Items in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@learise.online to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
Shipping Costs

Domestic (US): Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost. If you are performing an exchange, your new item(s) will be shipped back to you at no additional cost once we receive your return.

International: Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways for all returns and exchanges.

Original Shipping: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If we made a mistake or your item arrived defective, please contact us immediately. We will provide a pre-paid label and ensure you receive the correct item at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days of us receiving and inspecting your returned package.
